Baltimore Science Center- Thursday
Lana and Sabine had talked earlier in the week about hitting up the mainland, seeing some museums, learning some things about this place. It was even one of the very rare occasions Sabine would also be out in jeans and a (bright) t-shirt, since armor wouldn't really blend in in public. After a few months here, it was good to get outside and see what at least a little, normal portion of Earth was like.
They'd picked the Science Center, and had maybe had slightly different expectations of what it would be like. This meant that once they'd gotten out of the planetarium theater show, Sabine's reaction was "well. That was cute..."
[For that Sith chick, NFB for distance!]

A passerby glanced at her and did a double-take; she was dressed in local fashion - a burgundy tunic and leggings with a black skirt - but she supposed nothing could be done about her eyes.
"I know Mr. Jarrus said they didn't have space travel yet, but I didn't realise just how far back they were."

She gave Sabine a grin. "Maybe that's the problem with all those people from Lady Ghanima's class. Not enough planets."

She looked around. "Do they have any of that information around here? That could be interesting. Even if it probably is archaic."

She showed Sabine the picture, which looked sort of like a cross between a rancor and a sleen.

They headed for the dinosaurs and Lana glanced at them, some pictures with feathers and some without. "Are these reptiles or reptavians?"
